    Nice job on the diagram. I particularily like the details and the short write-ups about them.
    It gives me a much better idea of the various methods that can be used to improve the seismic intergrity of wood framed structures.

  2. I know this isn't residential, but in the news it has been anounced that a few schools in the Vancouver area are going to be getting earthquake-resistance upgrades.

    Thanks for the links about the school. Although The building itself isn't specifically related to my topic, after further investigation, I found some of the seismic upgrade methods they were planning were very similar to the methods I was researching.

    I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me out on my research topic. I thought I knew exactly what report I wanted to write about, but blogging with the class has made me realize that there is more options out there. My thesis will be the same but how I get there may change.
